1. Approve the enclosed Qualification characteristics of separate positions of specialists of public institutions and state companies, general for all fields of activity.

2. To provide to department of work and social partnership of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered this order the direction in one copy of its copy in printing and electronic type in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 27, 2012 No. 378-o-m "About approval of Qualification characteristics of separate positions of specialists of public institutions and state companies, general for all fields of activity" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8011, No. 24-25 is published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on January 23, 2013 (27298-27299).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurymbetov B. B.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
