Approve the list of medicines which incorporate drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, other strong substances on which the particular treatment in the field of production and realization in case of introduction and implementation of actions of legal regime of warlike situation which is applied can be set.

1. The medicines containing the drugs, psychotropic substances included in the tables II and III and (or) precursors included in tables IV of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2000 No. 770 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 19, the Art. 789) *.
2. The medicines containing other strong substances (poisonous and strong medicines).
