Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1-zhkh (housing facilities) "The report on housing stock" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2016.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-zhkh (housing facilities) "The report on housing stock" and enact them starting with the report for 2016.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on:
legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having premises on the balance;
the territorial organizations for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it concerning the housing stock belonging to citizens on the right of private property, houses housing, housing cooperatives;
rural (settlement) executive committees concerning the housing stock belonging to citizens on the right of private property in rural settlements and also the premises which are on balance of rural (settlement) executive committees.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2015 No. 96 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-zhkh (housing facilities) "The report on housing stock" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.08.2015, 7/3195).
5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
