About approval of regulations on territorial authorities of Gosgeokadastr

According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", I order to Item 7 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2015 No. 15, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1119,:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on Head department of Gosgeokadastr in the area;

2) Regulations on Head department of Gosgeokadastr in Kiev.

2. To provide to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.

Regulations on Head department of Gosgeokadastr in the area

1. The head department of Gosgeokadastr in the area (further - Head department) is territorial authority of Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory and is subordinated to it.

The chairman of local public administration coordinates activities of Head department and promotes it in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it.

2. The head department in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation, orders of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, orders of the Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, his first deputy and deputies, Gosgeokadastr's orders, orders of the Chairman Gosgeokadastr and his deputies, acts of local public administration and local government bodies, and also this Provision.

3. Task of Head department is realization of powers of Gosgeokadastr in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit.

4. Head department according to the tasks assigned to it:

Develops 1) and represents to Gosgeokadastr's Chairman of suggestion for improvement of legal acts, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine;

Represents 2) in accordance with the established procedure to Gosgeokadastr's Chairman of the offer on adaptation of the national legal system to the legislation of the EU on the questions which are within its competence; performs within the powers provided by the law, measures for implementation in the national legal system of provisions of international treaties which party is Ukraine;

Represents 3) to Gosgeokadastr's Chairman of the offer on development:

normative and technical documents, standards, regulations and rules in the sphere of land relations in the procedure established by the legislation;

standards and technical regulations in the sphere of the State land cadastre according to the law, and also procedures for creation and updating of cartographic materials, cadastral qualifiers, reference books and databases;

normative and technical documents concerning geodesy, cartography, geographic information systems;

4) provides administrative services according to the law in the respective sphere;
