1. The international contracts of the Republic of Uzbekistan of interdepartmental nature are signed on behalf of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan which competence the questions regulated by these agreements enter, and having powers, necessary on it, with the relevant state bodies of foreign states and the international organizations.
2. Offers on the conclusion of the international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan of interdepartmental nature connected with environmental issues, environmental protections and use of natural resources are represented to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection with the simultaneous notification of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Offers on the conclusion of international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan of interdepartmental nature and their drafts are in accordance with the established procedure introduced to the Cabinet of Ministers by the ministries and departments in coordination with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and also with other interested ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the following procedure:
according to legal issues - with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
concerning foreign trade activity, including trade and economic cooperation and rendering technical assistance - the Ministry of Foreign Trade concerning investment cooperation - with the State committee on investments;
on questions valyutno - financial cooperation - with the Ministry of Finance;
on tax questions - with the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Committee;
on customs questions - with the State Customs Committee;
concerning alienation and use of state-owned property, recognition of the rights and regulation of the relations of property - with the State Property Committee;
concerning sci-tech cooperation, and also legal protection and conditions of use of intellectual property items (the invention, industrial designs, useful models, the computer programs and databases, topology of integrated circuits, "know-how") - with the State committee on science and technology and the Ministry of Foreign Trade;
concerning the organization of air traffic with Gosavianadzor and National airlines "Uzbekiston havo yullar;
on questions in the field of communication and telecommunications - with the Uzbek agency of mail and telecommunications;
concerning the organization of transportations by railway transport - with State and joint-stock rail carrier "Uzbekiston temir yullar";
concerning the organization of transportations by road and river transport - with the Uzbek agency of road and river transport and Uzavtotrans State joint-stock corporation;
on questions in the field of tourism and tourist activities - with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development;
concerning concert activities of art collectives, groups, certain contractors, and also export from the republic of works graphic, arts and crafts, temporary exhibiting abroad historical and cultural monuments - with the Ministry of cases of culture;
on environmental issues, environmental protections and uses of natural resources - with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection;
concerning health care - with the Ministry of Health;
concerning standardization, metrology, certification and product quality control - with the Uzbek state center of standardization, metrology and certification under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. The offer on the conclusion of the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan of interdepartmental nature shall contain the draft agreement, reasons for feasibility of its conclusion, and also if necessary, assessment of possible financial and economic and social consequences of the conclusion of the agreement.
5. The decision on the conclusion of international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan of interdepartmental nature is made by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Approval (acceptance) of the international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan of interdepartmental nature providing their introduction in force after approval (acceptance) is made by the ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan on behalf of which such agreements were signed.
8. Decisions on accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to international treaties of interdepartmental nature are made according to the procedure, provided by paragraph one of Item 5 of this Procedure.
