About approval of State standard of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace

According to the paragraph of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" and to Item 7 of the Actions plan for 2013-2016 on strategy implementation of reforming of system of the provision of social services approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2013 No. 208-r I order the fourteenth:

1. Approve State standard of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace which is applied.

2. To management for elderly people and to provision of social services (Sulima A. V.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister V. Mushchinin.

State standard of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace

I. General provisions

1. This State standard determines content, amount, conditions and procedure for provision of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace, indicators of its quality.

2. This State standard is applied for:

the organizations of provision of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace to citizens who are not capable to compete on equal terms in the labor market are in difficult vital circumstances, the person interested to find a job and require social maintenance;

implementation of monitoring and control of quality of provision of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace;

determinations of rate of paid social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace.

3. The social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace in the amounts determined by this State standard is provided free of charge, for a fee or with installation of the differentiated payment according to the legislation.

4. In this standard terms are used in the following values:

flexible working conditions - provision of opportunity to work part-time, the flexible working schedule, distribution of professional obligations between several workers or provision of opportunity to work at home;

the individual plan of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace (further - the individual plan) - the document constituted based on the carried-out assessment of needs of the receiver of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace in which measures which will be performed for provision of such service, data on necessary resources, frequency and terms of accomplishment, executives in charge, data on monitoring of results and information on review of the individual plan are specified. In case of employment of persons with disability for employers recommendations of their individual programs of rehabilitation are obligatory;

multidisciplinary team - team of specialists or experts from different spheres which give help to the receiver of service, being guided by the individual work plan;

the receiver of social service of social maintenance in case of employment and on workplace (further - the receiver of social service) - person who is in difficult vital circumstances not capable to compete on equal terms in the labor market also needs in social service or receives it;
