4. The social and labor services directed to rendering assistance in questions of employment and in the solution of the questions connected with labor adaptation of youth, mothers with children, the disabled people, citizens of advanced age, persons exempted from places of detention:

rendering assistance of youth in questions of employment, social resettlement, employment of minor citizens <*>;

assistance to employment of the citizens exempted from the organizations performing custodial sanction <*>;

the organization of professional orientation of citizens for the purpose of the choice of field of activity (profession), employment, passing of professional training and receipt of additional professional education <*>;

organization of job fairs and educational workplaces <*>; psychological support of jobless citizens <*>; social adaptation of jobless citizens in the labor market <*>; rendering assistance in employment on the equipped (equipped) workplaces <*>;

5. The services providing rehabilitation and social adaptation of disabled people, social maintenance of the families raising children with limited opportunities of health:

rendering directory support to citizens concerning disability, social protection, medico-social examination and rehabilitation, abilitation of disabled people, including disabled women, disabled girls, and also injured force majeure <*>;

carrying out rehabilitation or abilitation of disabled people in case of difficult and atypical prosthetics and ortezirovaniye in stationary conditions <*>;

carrying out social and environmental rehabilitation or abilitation of disabled people <*>;

carrying out social psychological recovery or abilitation of disabled people in out-patient conditions <*>;

carrying out sociocultural rehabilitation or abilitation of disabled people <*>;

carrying out social adaptation <*>.

Services in rendering the public assistance to the children, disabled people, citizens of advanced age, persons which are in difficult life situation including injured with natural disasters, environmental, technogenic or other disasters, the social, national, religious conflicts, to refugees and displaced persons, and also on their social maintenance:

assistance in receipt of food in the place of temporary placement to persons recognized as refugees according to the Federal Law "About Refugees";

assistance in the direction on professional training in the center of temporary placement or in employment;

assistance in provision of vital goods to needy families, needy living alone citizens, and also other categories of citizens specified in the Federal Law "About the Government Public Assistance";

assistance in temporary settling out to safe areas with obligatory provision of stationary or temporary premises;

assistance in provision of free legal aid; rendering medical (including psychiatric), the public and psychology and pedagogical assistance to the children who are in difficult life situation <*>;

assistance to citizens in search of suitable work, and to employers in matching of necessary workers <*>.

7. Participation in activities for prevention of neglect and offenses of minors:

carrying out individual scheduled maintenance with minors and their families taking into account the analysis of the reasons and conditions promoting unauthorized goings of minors from families;

rendering assistance in the organization of search of the minors which self-willedally left families, the organizations for orphan children and children without parental support, the educational organizations and other organizations;

the organization of rendering the psychological and public assistance and rehabilitation of the minors which self-willedally left families, the organizations for orphan children and children without parental support, the educational organizations and other organizations;

assistance in receipt of medical care by the minors which self-willedally left families, the organizations for orphan children and children without parental support, the educational organizations and other organizations;

involvement of the minors considered by the educational organizations, divisions for minor law-enforcement bodies in socially important activities.

8. Services in prevention of abortion at the request of the woman;

services in prevention of social orphanhood, including psychology and pedagogical and social maintenance of families for prevention of refusal of the newborn child, reducing cases of deprivation of the parent rights regarding advisory, psychological, pedagogical, legal, public and other assistance to parents of children and prevention of refusal of parents of education of the children, their restrictions in the parent rights, deprivations of their parent rights, and also for the purpose of possibility of recovery of parents in the parent rights or cancellations of restriction of the parent rights.

9. The services directed to social adaptation and the family device of children without parental support:

assistance to the device of children on education in family <*>;

training of the citizens who expressed desire to accept orphan children and children without parental support, on family forms of the device <*>;
