1. Approve the enclosed Standard of the organization of medical care for professional pathology in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Procedure to provide to department of the organization of medical care of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provision in Department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tsoi A. V.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The standard of the organization of medical care for professional pathology in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. The standard of the organization of medical care for professional pathology in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Standard) is developed according to the subitem 6) of Item 1 of article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system".

2. This Standard establishes requirements to the organization of assistance for professional pathology at the out-patient and polyclinic, stationary and hospital-replacing levels in the medical organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership.

3. The organization of medical care for professional pathology in the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed according to requirements of the Regulations on organization activity of health care, to the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order providing medical care on professional pathology of May 25, 2012 No. 374 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7748) (further - the Order No. 374).

4. The states of the organizations providing medical care on professional pathology are established according to the standard states and regular standard rates of the organizations of health care approved by the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 2010 No. 238 "About approval of standard states and regular standard rates of the organizations of health care" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6173).

5. The terms and determinations used in this Standard:

1) prereplaceable medical examination - establishment or confirmation of availability or absence at physical person of disease, determination of the state of health, and also temporary disability, professional suitability to work in this change;

2) the profile specialist - the health worker with the higher medical education having the certificate on certain specialty;

3) harmful (especially harmful) working conditions - working conditions under which impact of certain production factors leads to decrease in working capacity or disease of the worker or negative influence on health of its posterity;

4) the accident connected with labor activity - impact on the worker of harmful and (or) dangerous production factor in case of accomplishment of labor (office) obligations or tasks of the employer from whom the industrial injury, sudden deterioration in health or poisoning of the worker which led it to temporary or permanent disability or death resulted by it;

5) occupational disease (pathology) - the chronic or acute disease caused by impact on the worker of harmful production factors in connection with accomplishment of the labor (office) obligations by it (further - occupational disease);

6) dangerous working conditions - working conditions under which impact of certain production or ineradicable natural factors brings in case of non-compliance with industrial safety rules to industrial injury, sudden deterioration in health or poisoning of the worker by which temporary or permanent disability, occupational disease or death are caused;

7) specialized medical care - the medical care provided by profile specialists in case of the diseases requiring ad hoc methods of diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation including with use of means of telemedicine;

8) medical rehabilitation - complex of the medical services directed to preserving, partial or complete recovery of the broken and (or) lost functions of organism of patients and disabled people;

9) preliminary obligatory medical examinations - the medical examinations performed in case of revenues to work with the purpose of clarification of suitability to accomplishment of obligations by profession, preventions of general, occupational diseases;
