1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Accreditation of the Non-state Certification Centers for Certification of the Engineering Employees Participating in Design Process and Constructions".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

3) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Accreditation of the Non-state Certification Centers for Certification of the Engineering Employees Participating in Design Process and Constructions"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Accreditation of the Non-state Certification Centers for Certification of the Engineering Employees Participating in Design Process and Constructions" (further - the state service) appears Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) according to the standard of the state service "Accreditation of the Non-state Certification Centers for Certification of the Engineering Employees Participating in Design Process and Constructions" by the approved order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2016 No. 75 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 13211) (further - the standard).

Chapter 2. The description of operations procedure of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

5. Contents of each procedure (action), being part of process of rendering the state service, accomplishment duration:

2) the head of the service provider studies documents, determines the executive in charge within 1 (one) working day from the moment of registration of a statement;

4) implementation of verification of documents on compliance of uslugopoluchatel to allowing requirements the executive in charge of the service provider within 5 (five) working days;

5) by results of verification of documents the executive in charge of the service provider prepares certificates or the motivated answer on refusal in provision of the state service electronically and directs to the signature to the head of the service provider - no more than 1 (one) working days;

6) the head of the service provider signs certificates or the motivated answer on refusal in provision of the state service electronically - within 1 (one) working day after receipt from the executive in charge.

6. Result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service which forms the basis for accomplishment of the following procedure (action):

registration of a statement;

determination of the executive in charge by the head of the service provider;
