About approval of Rules of development and assessment of memorandums of state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 6 of Article 62 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008 I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development and assessment of memorandums of state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to the center of strategic developments and analysis of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the office head of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasymbekov M. B.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is subject to official publication.
