About questions of Public service of insurance supervision

1. Exclude Public service of insurance supervision from the Scheme of management of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and transfer to structure of National Bank of Tajikistan.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2015, No. 187 "About the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes:

a) in Item 2 of the resolution to replace figure "1481" with figure "1468";

b) in appendix 1 "Provision on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan":

- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. Enact this resolution since January 1, 2017.
