About questions of the State agency on promotion of investments and export under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic

2. Approve Regulations on the State agency on promotion of investments and export under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

3. Establish the number of staff of the State agency on promotion of investments and export under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic in number of 32 units, without technical and junior service personnel.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to take the measures following from this resolution.

9. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of the Agency on promotion of investments under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 18, 2014 No. 158.

10. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

11. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Regulations on the State agency on promotion of investments and export under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines legal and organizational basis of activities of the State agency on promotion of investments and export under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Agency).
