About additional measures for enhancement of the organization of carrying out lotteries
For the purpose of further enhancement of the organization of carrying out lotteries, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides protection of the rights of their participants:
1. Establish the minimum size of authorized fund of the legal entities performing activities for the organization of lotteries in the amount of 200 million bags of which at least 50 percent are created by money.
Use for forming of authorized fund of the legal entities performing activities for the organization of the lotteries received on credit, on the security and other raised funds is not allowed.
2. Determine that the legal entities who obtained the license for the right of implementation of activities for the organization of lotteries before adoption of this resolution within year from the date of adoption of this resolution shall bring the sizes of the authorized funds into accord with the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution the minimum size.
3. Legal entities whose size of authorized funds after year from the date of adoption of this resolution will not conform to the established minimum requirements having no right to perform activities for the organization of lotteries.
4. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take measures for non-admission of implementation of activities for the organization of lotteries by the legal entities who did not create authorized capital according to requirements of this resolution, and also did not obtain licenses in accordance with the established procedure.
5. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Golyshev V. A.
