1. Approve Regulations on procedure for suspension of transactions, freezings of money or other property, provision of access to the refrigerated property and renewals of transactions of persons included in the list of the persons participating or suspected of participation in terrorist activities or distribution of weapons of mass destruction according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
