Some questions of conducting checks of observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of civil protection, technogenic and fire safety

According to Articles 64 - 67 Codes of civil protection of Ukraine, "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" and for the purpose of realization of state policy in the field of civil protection, technogenic and fire safety order to the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve enclosed:

1)  No. 169-r Is cancelled according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.03.2017

2) the Unified form of the Statement which is drawn up by results of conducting scheduled (unplanned) inspection of observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of civil protection, technogenic and fire safety.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine of May 25, 2012 No. 863 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks by bodies of the State inspectorate of technogenic safety of Ukraine and recognition by the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Ukraine which voided some orders", registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 25, 2012 at No. 1054/21366.

3. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
