About streamlining of free use of urban passenger transportation
The Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Keep the right of free use of urban passenger transportation (except taxi) only:
to participants of war of 1941 - 1945 from among the military personnel;
to disabled veterans of 1941 - 1945 and persons equated to them;
to persons awarded with awards and medals for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in the years of war of 1941-1945;to citizens from among the former military personnel internationalists who was involved in fighting in the Republic Afghanistan and in the territory of other countries;
serviceman of the valid compulsory military service, and contract serviceman of ordinary and sergeant structures;
to persons awarded with the breastplate "Ўзбекистон Respublikasi of fakhriya the donor";
to the persons who got sick and had the radiation sickness caused by effects of the Chernobyl accident;
lonely aged, living alone aged and to persons with disability needing foreign leaving;
to persons with disability blind person and to persons with disability of the I group, and also to one person accompanying them.
2. Declare invalid regarding free use of urban passenger transportation:
part the fourth article 52 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 1992 "About prosecutor's office" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, N 1, the Art. 29);
the paragraph third parts one of Article 4 and paragraph two of part one of Article 5 of the Regulations on award "Sogl авлод учун" ("For healthy generation"), approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 7, 1993 (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, N 6, the Art. 257);
part the second Article 6 of the Regulations on rank "Uzbekiston Kakhramoni" approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 5, 1994 (The sheet of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, N 5, the Art. 113);
