About approval of regulations of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Exercising Technical Supervision and Technical Inspection on Objects of the First and Second Levels of Responsibility"

1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Exercising Technical Supervision and Technical Inspection on Objects of the First and Second Levels of Responsibility".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Exercising Technical Supervision and Technical Inspection on Objects of the First and Second Levels of Responsibility" (further - the state service) appears Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) according to the standard of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Exercising Technical Supervision and Technical Inspection on Objects of the First and Second Levels of Responsibility" by the approved order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2016 No. 72 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13210) (further - the standard).

8. The description of the sequence of procedures (actions) between structural divisions of the service provider (workers) with indication of duration of each procedure (action):

1) automatic registration of a statement on receipt of the state service;

2) issue of the certificate is electronically performed by information system (computer) without participation of the service provider - during 20-40 (twenty - forty) minutes.
