1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information - system of law of Ad_let;

3) the direction of the copy of this order within five calendar days from the date of its obtaining in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) the direction of this order to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special accounting, and also to territorial authorities of Committee for execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee.

Rules of accounting of persons who made the minor offenses discrediting public service

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules establish single procedure for accounting of persons who made the minor offenses discrediting public service (further - Rules).

2. Accounting of persons who made the minor offenses discrediting public service is performed by Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) by maintaining databank for the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law).

3. The subjects of legal statistics and special accounting providing execution of requirements of the Law and application of the disciplinary actions provided in it within the powers timely submit information accounting documents to the territorial authorities of Committee (further - territorial authorities) exercising control of observance of requirements of these rules.

4. All government employees according to the legislation on public service who made the minor offenses discrediting public service are subject to accounting.

Chapter 2. Procedure for accounting of persons who made the minor offenses discrediting public service
