About the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person

Section I General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) removal of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - implementation of transactions (the burning, burial or other methods permitted by the legislation) which do not lead to utilization of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person;

2) manure - any excrement and/or urine of farm animals, except fish, with laying or without it;

3) storage of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - temporary stay of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person for the purpose of their further processing, conversion, utilization or removal on specially equipped platforms, in bunkers, containers, refrigeration units which design prevents hit of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person to the soil and water objects;

4) collection of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - the activities connected with acceptance, withdrawal, transportation, storage of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person for the purpose of their further processing, conversion, utilization or removal;

5) disinfecting of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - the measures directed to destruction of pathogenic and opportunistic activators in the rooms, the equipment, tools, materials, substances and by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person;

6) neutralization of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - mechanical, physical and chemical or biological processing of the dangerous by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person for the purpose of decrease in risk of spread of infectious diseases;

7) critical control points - stages or transactions in processing, conversions of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person during which it is possible to trace and eliminate risks of production of low-quality or dangerous animal products, or products of processing, conversions of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person;

8) marking of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - words, descriptions, signs, names of trademark, the image or the symbols concerning the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person, or products of processing, conversion of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person, or the related services and which are placed on any packaging, the label (sticker), consumer pack, the counterlabel, kolyeretka, label, stopper, the insert, the document, the message, other elements of packaging accompanying or relating to such products;

9) the address of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person, - types of activity, connected with the address with the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person, their realization or any other form of transfer on paid or free basis according to this Law;

10) processing, conversion of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - implementation of any technology transactions connected with change of physical or biological properties of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person including by pressure sterilization;

11) the operator of the market - subject of managing which makes any actions with the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person and participates in their address;

11-1) organic fertilizers and improvers of the soil - the animal products used for providing or improvement of power supply of plants and/or physical, chemical properties, biological activity of the soil and which can include the kompostirovanny or processed manure, not mineralized guano, content of digestive tract and remaining balance of their biological conversion;

12) transportations of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - transportation of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person from places of their education or storage to places and/or capacities (objects) for their processing, conversion, utilization or removal;
