This Law determines the organizational and legal basis of the activities of physical persons and legal entities connected with formation, collection, transportation, storage, processing, conversion, utilization, removal of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended or recognized unsuitable for consumption by the person of products of processing, conversion of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person.
1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) removal of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - implementation of transactions (the burning, burial or other methods permitted by the legislation) which do not lead to utilization of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person;
2) manure - any excrement and/or urine of farm animals, except fish, with laying or without it;
3) storage of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - temporary stay of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person for the purpose of their further processing, conversion, utilization or removal on specially equipped platforms, in bunkers, containers, refrigeration units which design prevents hit of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person to the soil and water objects;
4) collection of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person - the activities connected with acceptance, withdrawal, transportation, storage of the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person for the purpose of their further processing, conversion, utilization or removal;
