About reorganization of National college of medicine and pharmacy of Raisa Pakalo

Based on article 21 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152 of July 17, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), Article 69 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661), with subsequent changes and amendments, parts (2) article 32 of the Law No. 98 of May 4, 2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537) DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize National college of medicine and pharmacy of Raisa Pakalo, by transformation, into the Model center in the field of medicine and pharmacy of Raisa Pakalo, with provision of programs of basic professional training for the IV level (postaverage vocational training) and for the V level (postsecondary not tertiary vocational training).

2. Allocate the Model center in the field of medicine and pharmacy of Raisa Pakalo with obligations of didactic, program and methodical providing system of medical postaverage and postsecondary not tertiary professional education, coordination and methodological management of subordinated organizations, continuous professional training of pedagogical personnel and heads of system.

3. Medical college, мун. Бэлць, the medical college, Mr. Kakhul, medical college, Mr. Orkhey, medical college, Ungen, will be methodically attached to the Model center in the field of medicine and pharmacy of Raisa Pakalo.

4. To the Ministry of Health:

To create 1) within a month the commission on reorganization of the specified organization;

To provide 2) by means of the commission on reorganization cession of property of the reorganized organization, according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, Art. 2).

5. To perform release of employees of the reorganized organization according to the existing labor law.

6. Selling expenses of the resolution will be covered for the account and within the approved budgetary appropriations.

7. In part I of appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 397 of May 31, 2011. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, structure and the extreme number of staff of its central office" (2011, 95, the Art. 458), with subsequent changes and amendments, line item 2 to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

8. To the Ministry of Health to bring the departmental documents into accord with provisions of this resolution.
