2. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
3. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction not to apply:
the order of FFMS of Russia of July 27, 2012 No. 12-65/pz-n "About approval of the List of the foreign organizations for which the central depositary opens custody accounts of the foreign nominee holder", No. 25496 registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 20, 2012 (The Russian newspaper of October 3, 2012);
the order of FFMS of Russia of January 24, 2013 No. 13-5/pz-n "About modification of the List of the foreign organizations for which the central depositary opens custody accounts of the foreign nominee holder, No. 27601 approved by the order of FFMS of Russia of 27.07.2012 No. 12-65/pz-n", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 11, 2013 (The Russian newspaper of March 15, 2013).
