Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity connected with development, production, delivery of special technical means for removal of information from communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information;

criteria of accessory of special technical means to removal of information from communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information;

the list of special technical means for removal of information from communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information.

Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity connected with development, production, delivery of special technical means for removal of information from communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information

General provisions

1. Nastoyashchiyelitsenzionny conditions establish the exhaustive list of the requirements obligatory for accomplishment by the licensee, and the exhaustive list of the documents enclosed to the application for receipt of the license for implementation of the economic activity connected with development, production, delivery of special technical means for removal of information from communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information.

2. Action of these Licensed conditions extends to all subjects of managing, irrespective of their form of business and pattern of ownership which perform fully or partially the economic activity connected with development, production, delivery of special technical means for removal of information from communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information.

The licensee shall fulfill requirements of these Licensed conditions, and the license applicant for its obtaining - it to answer.
