For the purpose of realization of regulations of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About administrative offenses" and reductions of activities of road traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with the legislation I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accounting, storage and issue of car driver licenses of the drivers deprived of the right of control of vehicles.

2. To chiefs of the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana, Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty, Municipal Department of Internal Affairs - To provide to the Department of Internal Affairs of areas studying and strict execution of these rules by staff of divisions of road traffic police.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Internal Affairs police major general Otto I. I. and head of the department of Ministry of Internal Affairs road traffic police of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the police colonel Murzabekov N. T.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rules of accounting, storage and issue of car driver licenses of the drivers deprived of the right of control of vehicles

1. The arrived resolutions on deprivation of the right of management with the withdrawn car driver licenses are registered in the "Registration of the Drivers Deprived of the Right of Control of Vehicles" magazine of examination divisions of road traffic police with indication of class of vehicle concerning which administrative punishment is imposed.

2) after the termination of term of deprivation:
