1. Determine that:

a) The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation based on requests of customs authorities of the states of commodity importation directed according to Section 9-1 of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009 (further - the Agreement), exercises control of justification of issue by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of documents on goods origin determined by it, reliability of the data containing in them, and also performs check of accomplishment by producers of the criteria of determination of the country of goods' origin provided by the Agreement, according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation;

b) The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation is the central authorized body (organization) for issue of certificates of origin of the ST-1 form in case of its export to the State Parties of the Agreement, to maintaining single electronic system of certification of goods origin in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, and also on control of proper functioning of the specified system.

2. Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this resolution is performed within the number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
