Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. Maintaining the register is performed by the Bank of Russia (Department of the corporate relations (further - authorized division) in electronic form with possibility of forming of the documents containing data from the register on papers.

1.2. The authorized division enters in the register the data specified in Chapter 2 this provision (further - data on share fund), makes changes to data on share fund by exception of the data on share fund containing in the register and introduction of new data on share fund, and also excludes from the register of the data on the share fund according to the procedure provided by Chapter 4 this provision.

1.3. Access to the data on share fund specified in paragraphs the second - the sixth, ninth - the sixteenth subitem 2.1. 1, subitems 2.1.2 - 2.1.4 Items 2.1 of this provision, are performed by their publication (placement) on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet (further - the website of the Bank of Russia).

Data on share fund are subject to updating on the website of the Bank of Russia at least once a week if during the specified period changes are entered in the register.

1.4. The data on share fund containing in the register are provided to any interested person in the form of the statement from the register according to the procedure, established by Chapter 5 of this provision.

1.5. For the purpose of this provision interaction of managing company (specialized depositary) and the Bank of Russia is performed by means of use of the information resources posted on the website of the Bank of Russia according to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of December 21, 2015 No. 3906-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using by them of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including private office and also procedure and terms of the direction by other participants of information exchange of the notification on use or notifications on refusal of use of private office", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 1, 2016 No. 41289 ("the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" of March 16, 2016 No. 26).

1.6. The documents submitted by managing company or specialized depositary for entering of data on share fund into the register of their change or exception of the register shall be signed by sole executive body (other authorized person) of this legal entity. The documents submitted by temporary administration are signed by her head (other representative him person).

The documents submitted for entering of data on share fund into the register, their change or exception of the register and providing assurance of the data containing in them by specialized depositary shall be signed by sole executive body (other authorized person) of person submitting these documents and sole executive body (other authorized person) of specialized depositary.
