Approve the enclosed Rules of acquisition of agricultural products at the agricultural producers and (or) the organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) conversion of the agricultural products made by agricultural producers in the territory of the Russian Federation in the course of carrying out the state purchasing interventions and its realization.
2. Determine the state customer by the organization of creation and use of federal intervention fund of agricultural products the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by federal executive bodies within the number of employees of the central offices and budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
4. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
5. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2017.
