Based on article 2 of the Law No. 166 of July 9, 2010 on ratification of the Convention of the United Nations on the rights of disabled people (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 126-128, 428) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Number of indicators for monitoring of implementation of the Convention of the UN on the rights of disabled people it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and other bodies of the central and local public authority, civil society to represent to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family information, according to the indicators specified in appendix to this resolution with frequency at least once in four years or if necessary.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family development of the Report on the country on implementation of the Convention of the UN on the rights of disabled people based on information provided by the ministries, other bodies of the central and local public authority, civil society, at least once in four years or as necessary for updating of periodic reports according to the indicators approved in appendix to this resolution.
