According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About employment of the population", "About labor protection", "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and for the purpose of strengthening of control of unconditional compliance with law about employment of the population, labor protection and social protection of disabled people the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for suspension of operations of the organizations for violation of the law about labor protection according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the ministry of employment and employment relationships to strengthen control of observance of the public and economic board by all bodies, public authorities on places and other organizations of the legislation on employment of the population, labor protection and social protection of disabled people.

3. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

Regulations on procedure for suspension of operations of the organizations for violation of the law about labor protection

I. General provisions

1. This Provision according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About employment of the population", "About labor protection", "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan" determines procedure for suspension of operations of the organizations for violation of the law about labor protection.

2. About employment of the population, social protection of disabled people and labor protection (further - violation of the law) the organizations, irrespective of their departmental subordination and patterns of ownership, are made for violation of the law responsible according to the procedure, established by this Provision and other acts of the legislation.

3. Control of observance of requirements of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About labor protection" is performed by the state technical safety inspectors and experts under the terms of work of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, head departments of employment of areas and the city of Tashkent (further - the inspector).

4. Control of observance of requirements of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About employment of the population" and article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan" is performed by the state legal inspectors of work of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, head departments of employment of areas and the city of Tashkent, the district and city centers of assistance of employment (further - the inspector).

5. Inspectors within the competence have the right:

perform observance by the organizations of the legislation on employment of the population, labor protection and social protection of disabled people (further - compliance with law) in accordance with the established procedure;

receive from officials and other employees of the checked organization, and also citizens the necessary documentation and other information which is directly connected with performed compliance with law;

take the measures necessary for comprehensive, complete and objective conducting check of compliance with law;

issue the written instructions about elimination of violations of the law (further - the instruction) which are subject to obligatory execution;

20. Organization activity (its separate divisions) or operation of the means of production which are not meeting safety requirements of work and creating health hazard or lives of workers are subject to suspension before their reduction in compliance with safety requirements of work.

21. If during conducting check production factors and (or) cases of operation of the means of production which are not meeting safety requirements of work and creating health hazard or lives of workers come to light, the facts specified by the inspector are reflected in the inspection statement.
