Determine that:

credit institutions in which it is allowed to place means of compensation fund of indemnification and compensation fund of providing contractual commitments of self-regulatory organizations in the field of engineering researches, architectural and construction designing, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction projects (further - self-regulatory organizations) shall conform to requirements about availability at credit institution of the general license of the Central bank of the Russian Federation for banking operations, and also about availability at credit institution of own means (capital) which size (calculated by technique of the Central bank of the Russian Federation) cannot be less than 100 billion rubles as of the last reporting date. The specified credit institutions, and also all credit institutions entering one with them banking group shall open information on the activities according to article 8 of the Federal law "About Banks and Banking Activity", and also represent to the Central bank of the Russian Federation the reporting and information according to article 43 of the specified Federal Law for the subsequent disclosure by the Central bank of the Russian Federation on the official site on the Internet of information containing in the reporting of bank according to article 57 of the Federal Law "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia);

the specified requirements are imposed also to credit institutions, on the special bank account (accounts) of which self-regulatory organizations shall place means of compensation fund of self-regulatory organization till November 1, 2016;

compliance of credit institution to the specified requirements is confirmed by the relevant information posted on the official site of the Central bank of the Russian Federation on the Internet.

Requirements of paragraph two of this resolution are not applied during the term of implementation of the plan of participation of the Central bank of the Russian Federation in implementation of measures for the prevention of bankruptcy of credit institution to credit institutions concerning which the Board of directors of the Central bank of the Russian Federation approves according to the Federal Law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" such plan of participation. During the specified term in such credit institutions there can be means of compensation fund of indemnification and compensation fund of providing contractual commitments of self-regulatory organizations placed as of acceptance date by the Board of directors of the Central bank of the Russian Federation of the decision on guaranteeing going concern of this credit institution, and also means of compensation fund of indemnification and compensation fund of providing contractual commitments of self-regulatory organizations can be placed in such credit institutions without the specified requirements in case of observance of the following conditions:

the total volume of the means which are in credit institution and placed during the specified term in credit institution does not exceed amount of means of compensation fund of indemnification and compensation fund of providing contractual commitments of the self-regulatory organizations placed as of acceptance date by the Board of directors of the Central bank of the Russian Federation of the decision on guaranteeing going concern of this credit institution;

information on guaranteeing by the Central bank the Russian Federation going concern of such credit institution is posted on the official site of the Central bank of the Russian Federation on the Internet.
