Rules of accounting, carrying, storage, transportation and destruction of the weapon intended for collecting and exhibiting

1. General provisions

1. Rules of accounting, carrying, storage, transportation and destruction of the weapon intended for collecting and exhibiting (further - Rules) regulates questions of accounting, carrying, storage, transportation and destruction of the weapon intended for collecting and exhibiting.

2. Weapon for collecting and exhibiting is weapon which according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan is authorized to legal entities and citizens its storage and it is intended for the organization of collecting and exhibiting.

In the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan weapon and its ammunition gather and stored by legal entities and citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of creation of criminal, historical, art and own collection (except for the state paramilitary organizations) based on permission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. The permission issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan for collecting and exhibiting of weapon and ammunition to legal entities and citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of historical and art collecting, is approved with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. Legal entities and citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan can collect weapon if its quantity exceeds four units.

7.
