I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines procedure and technologies of making of customs transactions concerning the goods, including the vehicles imported (imported) and exported on (c) sites (ов) the territory(territories) of the advancing social and economic development or sites (ов) the free port of Vladivostok on which customs procedure of free customs zone is applied, created according to the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 26; No. 29, Art. 4339; 2016, No. 27, the Art. 4185) or according to the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 212-FZ "About the free port of Vladivostok" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 29, Art. 4338; 2016, No. 27, the Art. 4185) (further respectively - Sites).
