Determine terms of implementation of the state control in case of the omission of vehicles, loads, goods and animals at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation located in the territory of the free port of Vladivostok if in customs authority necessary information (documents) is provided on goods and vehicles and also if goods and vehicles are not identified as goods of risk and as the vehicles requiring additional verification of documents and (or) examination:

time of implementation of the state control of the ocean ship - no more than 3 hours;

time of implementation of the state control of the aircraft - no more 1,5 of hour;

time of implementation of the state control of the cargo vehicle - no more than 1 hour;

time of implementation of the state control of the automobile vehicle - no more than 20 minutes;

time of implementation of the state control of the railroad freight train - no more 1,5 of hour;

time of implementation of the state control of railroad passenger train - no more than 1 hour.

2. Determine that waiting time of the beginning of the state control cannot be more than 1 hour from the moment of receipt of the notification by the state regulatory authorities on need of carrying out the state control.

3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2016.
