About increase in the sizes of insurance parts of pensions since October 1, 2016

For the purpose of ensuring further support of living standards of pensioners, according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Increase since October 1, 2016 the sizes of insurance parts of the pensions granted till October 1, 2016 according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" on the following scale:

- for 15 percent, but for 350 som at least for pensions which general size does not exceed and constitutes 10000 som;

- for 8 percent for pensions which general size constitutes and exceeds 10001 som.

At the same time the amount of increase in insurance parts of pensions on the second scale shall not be lower than the size of increase in insurance parts of pensions on the first scale.

The sizes of the raised pensions specified in this Item are determined without the allowances established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and compensation payments.

2. Increase since October 1, 2016 the size of disability pensions to disabled people of 1 group appointed till October 1, 2016 according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" taking into account the compensation payments and allowances established by the legislation:

- which size does not exceed and constitutes 4700 som - to 4700 som, but for 350 som at least;

- which size constitutes and exceeds 4701 som - according to paragraphs the second or fourth Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To provide to social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic timely recalculation of pensions and their payment in new sizes.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since October 1, 2016.
