Some questions of acquisition of technical and other means of rehabilitation

According to the Law of Ukraine of November 18, 2011 to No. 4064-VI "About introduction of amendments to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" concerning providing disabled people with the technical and other means of rehabilitation made by the individual order" both by Item 5 of the Procedure for providing with technical and other means of rehabilitation of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 05, 2012 No. 321 (with changes), I order:

1. Approve Qualification requirements to the companies of all patterns of ownership - candidates for production, delivery, repair and maintenance of technical and other means of rehabilitation who are applied.

2. Approve Regulations on Commission of experts of Minsotspolitiki of Ukraine on establishment of compliance to qualification requirements of the companies of all patterns of ownership - candidates for production, delivery, repair and maintenance of technical and other means of rehabilitation, procedure for its work which is applied.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 215 "Some questions of acquisition of technical and other means of rehabilitation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 14, 2012 for No. 961/21273.

4. To department of social protection of disabled people (Polyakova A. Yu.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of functional obligations.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Qualification requirements to the companies of all patterns of ownership - candidates for production, delivery, repair and maintenance of technical and other means of rehabilitation

1. Availability of rooms in which conditions for easy access to them of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population, for production, delivery of technical and other means of rehabilitation, provision of services on providing with these means and services in their repair are created.

2. Availability of qualified specialists (for prosthetic and orthopedic products, except artificial limbs of mammary gland, according to SOU 33.1-03187683-001: 2005 "Services prosthetic and orthopedic. Classification and general requirements" (with changes)).

3. Availability of special material equipment, including the processing equipment and special tools provided by technical and technological documentation (in case of lack of the certificate of conformity of GSTU ISO 13485:2005 "Products medical. Quality management system. Requirements for regulation" or GSTU ISO 9001:2009. Quality management system. Requirements").

4. Availability of standards or other regulating and technical documentation regulating production of the declared types of technical and other means of rehabilitation (in case of lack of the certificate of conformity of GSTU ISO 13485:2005 "Products medical. Regulations on Commission of experts of Minsotspolitiki of Ukraine on establishment of compliance to qualification requirements of the companies of all patterns of ownership of candidates for production, delivery, repair and maintenance of technical and other means of rehabilitation, procedure for its work

1. The commission of experts of Minsotspolitiki of Ukraine (further - the Commission) is the permanent advisory advisory body formed by the order of Minsotspolitiki who considers the documents submitted by the companies of all patterns of ownership - candidates for production, delivery, repair and maintenance of technical and other means of rehabilitation for public funds (further - the candidate company) for the purpose of provision of recommendations about establishment of their compliance to qualification requirements and performs monitoring of the companies conforming to qualification requirements.

2. The commission in the activities is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation of Ukraine, including this Provision.

3. The commission has the right:
