About approval of the List of the harmonized standards accepted as the Moldavian standards to the Technical regulation about ensuring presence in the market of measuring instruments

According to the item i) h. (3) Art. 14 of the Law No. 420-XVI of December 22, 2006 on technical regulation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 36-38, 2007, the Art. 141) and item 62 and item 63 of the Order of the Government No. 408 of June 16, 2015 about approval of the Technical regulation about ensuring presence in the market of measuring instruments (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 177-184, 2015, the Art. 471) I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of the harmonized standards accepted as the Moldavian standards to the Technical regulation about ensuring presence in the market of measuring instruments approved by the Order of the Government No. 408 of June 16, 2015 according to appendix No. 1.

1-1. The list of regulating documents of the International organization of legislative metrology which parts are published in the Official magazine of the EU provide presumption of compliance to essential and special requirements of the Technical regulation according to appendix No. 2.

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with enforcement since June 16, 2017.
