1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry:

1) about creation of public organization "Chisinau Model Center of Wine Growing and Winemaking" by allocation from the state company "Chisinau National College of Wine Growing and Winemaking";

2) about change of the name of the state company "Chisinau National College of Wine Growing and Winemaking" on the state company "Steuchensky Winery";

3) about change of the name of public organization "Agricultural College, Tsaul" on public organization "Tsaulsky Model Center of Gardening and Agricultural Technologies".

2. To make transfer of workers in connection with reorganization of the state company "Chisinau National College of Wine Growing and Winemaking" the employer according to provisions of the existing labor law.

3. Carry:

1) to public property of the state the real estate specified in appendices No. 1 and 3 to this resolution;

2) to private property of the state the real estate specified in appendix No. 2 to this resolution.

4. Transfer from management of the state company "Chisinau National College of Wine Growing and Winemaking" to management of public organization "Chisinau Model Center of Wine Growing and Winemaking" the real estate specified in appendices No. 1 and 3 to this resolution.

5. To the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry:

1) to execute obligation of the founder of public organization "Chisinau Model Center of Wine Growing and Winemaking";

To create 2) within a month the commission on reorganization providing reorganization of the organizations specified in the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution in the procedure established by the legislation;

To perform 3) by means of the commission on reorganization department and transfer to public organization "Chisinau Model Center of Wine Growing and Winemaking" of assets and liabilities, fixed assets and other material property, including the real estate provided in appendices No. 1 and 3 to this resolution according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015. To initiate 4) development and promotion of the project on modification of the Law No. 668-XIII of November 23, 1995 in a month about approval of the List of the companies, organizations and organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, about replacement of syntagma "National college of wine growing and winemaking, the commune Steuchen, mun. Chisinau" syntagma "Public organization "Chisinau Model Center of Wine Growing and Winemaking";

5) to provide registration:

8. In the Order of the Government No. 793 of December 2, 2009. No. 174-176, 875), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) appendix No. 3:

b) line item "National college of wine growing and winemaking, village Steuchen, mun. Chisinau" to replace with line item "Public organization "Chisinau Model Center of Wine Growing and Winemaking";

9. Cost for enforcement of this resolution will be covered for the account and within the approved budgetary funds.
