Based on part (2) Article 59 and Item f) article 139 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152 of July 17, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), and also for the purpose of development of system of vocational training and providing national economy with qualified personnel the Government DECIDES:

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Public Education about:

a) creation:

The model center in the field of power and electronics by reorganization (merge) of Polytechnical college, Chisinau, and College of microelectronics and computer facilities, Chisinau;

The model center in the field of economy and finance by reorganization of Financial and bank college, Chisinau;

Professional school of the village Chumay, the area Tarakliya, on the basis of division of the village Chumay, the area Tarakliya, Professional school, Vulkenesht, the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia (Gagauz Erie);

b) liquidations of Pedagogical college of Alexander persons Boone, Kelerash;

c) change of the name:

Pedagogical college of Alexey Mateevich, Chisinau, on College of Alexey Mateevich, Chisinau;

Pedagogical college of George Asaki, Lipkan, on College of George Asaki, Lipkan;

3. To perform release of workers in connection with reorganization of the educational institutions specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to the existing labor law, in case of impossibility of their transfer.

4. To the Ministry of Public Education in 10-day time from the date of publication of the resolution to create the Commission on reorganization which will carry out inventory count and to perform transfer acceptance of the main and current assets, for each organization specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

5. To the agency of land relations and inventory to make necessary changes to cadastral documentation according to provisions of this resolution.

6. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 653 of November 6, 2009.
