About reorganization of some organizations of vocational training

Based on part (2) Article 59 and Item f) article 139 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152 of July 17, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), and also for the purpose of development of system of vocational training and providing national economy with qualified personnel, DECIDES: the Government

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Public Education about:

1) reorganization by transformation of Professional school No. 2, мун. Бэлць, in the Model center in the field of services and conversion of foodstuff;

2) reorganization by transformation of College of information science, Chisinau, to the Model center in the field of information science and information technologies;

3) reorganization by transformation of College of construction, Chisinau, to the Model center in the field of construction;

4) creation of the Model center in the field of light industry by reorganization (merge) of Professional school No. 1, мун. Chisinau, and Professional school No. 8, мун. Chisinau;

5) creation of the Model center in the field of transport by reorganization (merge) of College of transport, Chisinau, and the Vocational school No. 5, мун. Chisinau;

6) reorganization by transformation of the Vocational school No. 4, lump. Бубуечь, мун. Chisinau, in Professional school, lump. Бубуечь, мун. Chisinau;

7) reorganization by transformation of the Vocational school No. 10, Brichen, in Professional school, Brichen;

8) reorganization by transformation of the Vocational school No. 17, Gloden, in Professional school, Gloden;

9) creation of Professional school No. 11, мун. Chisinau, by reorganization (merge) of the Vocational school for blind and visually impaired, мун. Chisinau, with the Vocational school for deaf and hearing-impaired, мун. Chisinau;

10) reorganization of Professional school, Mr. Stefan Wode, by accession to it of the Vocational school No. 12, the village of Viishoara, the area Stefan Wode;

11) reorganization of Professional school, Floresht, way of accession to it of Professional school, Merkulesht, area Floresht;

12) reorganization of Professional school, Vulkenesht, the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia (Gagauz-Eri), by accession to it of the Vocational school No. 13, the village Chumay, the area Tarakliya;

13) reorganization of Professional school No. 6, мун. Chisinau, by accession to it of Professional school, lump. Рэзень, area Yaloven, and Vocational school No. 2, мун. Chisinau;

14) reorganization of Professional school No. 9, мун. Chisinau, by accession to it of the Vocational school No. 11, the village Denchen, the area Yaloven;

15) reorganization of Professional school, Mr. Drokiya, by accession to it of Professional school, the village of Zguritsa, Drokiya's region;

16) reorganization of Professional school, Hynchesht, way of accession to it of Professional school, lump. Кэрпинень, area Hynchesht;

17) reorganization of Professional school, Keushen, way of accession to it of Professional school, village of Tarakliya, area Keushen;

18) liquidations of the Vocational school No. 9, Felesht;

2. To perform transfer of material, educational and residential base of the organizations of education specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. 3. To perform release of workers in connection with reorganization of the organizations of education specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to the existing labor law in case of impossibility of their transfer.

4. To the Ministry of Public Education in 10-day time to create the commissions on reorganization which will carry out inventory count and will perform transfer acceptance of the main and current assets for each organization specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

5. To the agency of land relations and inventory to make necessary changes to cadastral documentation according to provisions of this resolution.

6. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 653 of November 6, 2009. "About approval of the Provision, structure and the extreme number of staff of the Ministry of Public Education" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 721), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
