About approval of the Procedure for write-off of property in Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine

According to requirements of part three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine", Regulations on accounting treatment, storages, write-offs and uses of the military property in Armed Forces approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 04, 2000 No. 1225 (with changes), and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for write-off of property of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for write-off of property in Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine colonel Chauzov A. N.

3. To provide to department of logistics of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Procedure for write-off of property in Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism of write-off of property of Gosspetssvyaz (except means (equipment) and property of communication of special purpose which are considered according to requirements of regulatory legal acts of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz concerning the organization and safety of special types of communication and cryptographic protection of office information, weapon (ammunition), food, ware property and medicines) in Administration of Gosspetssvyaz, its territorial authorities, Head department of government courier communication of Gosspetssvyaz, divisions of government courier communication, territorial subdivisions, institutions, organizations and the organizations of Gosspetssvyaz (further - divisions of Gosspetssvyaz).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following values:

worthlessness of property of Gosspetssvyaz - high-quality (technical) condition of property of Gosspetssvyaz in case of which this property cannot be used for the target and functional designated purpose;

write-off of property of Gosspetssvyaz - documentary execution of the documents on withdrawal of property of Gosspetssvyaz established by this Procedure from accounting of division of Gosspetssvyaz in case of its expenditure, acquisition of unsuitable condition, and also in case of its loss (destruction) and shortage.

3. The property of Gosspetssvyaz ceases to be recognized asset (is written off) in case:

acquisitions of unsuitable condition (in case of impossibility or economic inexpediency of its recovery and use);

decreases within the approved regulations;
