1. Establish the gas price according to the bargain concluded between KazRosGaz limited liability partnership and the organization - "GAZPROM Schweiz AG" authorized by Gazprom public joint stock company in case of realization of the processed gas of the Karachaganak field for export in 2016 for ensuring domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan with gas by counter deliveries in 2016 on the terms of DAP border the Republic Kazakhstan / the Russian Federation, Alexandrov Guy gas-measuring station in amount to 6150000000 cubic meters at the following prices:

1) for the gas of the Uzbek origin delivered on border the Republic of Uzbekistan/the Republic of Kazakhstan at the price of 85 US dollars for 1000 cubic meters during the period from January 1 to April 30, 2016;

2) for the gas of the Uzbek origin delivered on border the Republic of Uzbekistan/the Republic of Kazakhstan at the price of 3660 Russian rubles for 1000 cubic meters during the period from May 1 to December 31, 2016;

3) for the gas of the Russian origin delivered on border the Russian Federation / Republic of Kazakhstan at the price of 3660 Russian rubles for 1000 cubic meters.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
