1. Approve the enclosed rates of payment for negative impact on the environment.

2. Determine that concerning the territories and objects which are under special protection according to the Federal Laws, rates of payment for negative impact on the environment are applied with use of additional coefficient 2.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2003 No. 344 "About standard rates of payment for emissions in atmospheric air of pollutants by stationary and portable sources, dumpings of pollutants into superficial and underground water objects, including through centralized systems of water disposal, placement of production wastes and consumption" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 25, the Art. 2528);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2005 No. 410 "About modification of appendix No. 1 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2003 No. 344" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 28, the Art. 2876);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 8, 2009 No. 7 "About measures for stimulation of reducing pollution of atmospheric air products of combustion of associated petroleum gas on torch installations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 3, the Art. 407);

Determine that the rates of payment for negative impact on the environment approved by this resolution and additional coefficient to them, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, are applied in case of calculation of payment for negative impact on the environment since January 1, 2016.
