About further measures for the organization of activities of the Republican scientific and practical center of sports medicine under National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 3, 2013 "About creation of the Republican scientific and practical center of sports medicine under National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of the effective organization of activities of the Republican scientific and practical center of sports medicine under National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Center of sports medicine) and strengthenings of its material and technical resources, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1994:
1. Agree with the offer of National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on provision since September 1, 2016 to the Center of sports medicine in lease the part of the building occupied by him, at the address: the city of Tashkent, Shaykhantakhursky district, Ulitsa Almazar, the house No. 6, on zero rate of the rent, with compensation of sports medicine by the Center to National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan costs of utilities and operating expenses in the amount of pro rata to the occupied space and/or in the amount of the services consumed by it.
2. Take into consideration that:
the compensation amounts received from the Center of sports medicine are not the income of National Olympic Committee and are not subject to the taxation;
services in provision to the Center of sports medicine of part of the building in lease on zero rate of the rent are not considered as business activity for National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and respectively at it obligations on tax payment do not arise.
3. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov and M. M. Karimov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 25, 2016 No. 280
1. In Item 9 of the Regulations on the Republican scientific and practical center of sports medicine under National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 15, 2013 No. 226 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 8, the Art. 56):
to "persons from among the fixed contingent" to exclude from the paragraph of the tenth word;
text in paragraph eleven in Uzbek of the word "hizmatlar" shall be replaced with words "t¸l of asosid хизматлар".
2. From paragraph two of Item 1 of the text in Russian of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 1, 2015 No. 109 "About additional measures for the organization of activities of the republican scientific and practical center of sports medicine under National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2015, No. 5, the Art. 34) the words "on paid basis" to exclude the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
