1. Approve Methodology of classification of goods delivered as the humanitarian assistance.

This Methodology is developed based on the Combined commodity nomenclature approved by the Law No. 172 of July 25 2014, according to the Harmonized commodity description and coding system developed by World Customs Organization, one of the parties of which is the Republic of Moldova.
The humanitarian assistance represents goods delivered based on permission of the Intergovernmental commission on the humanitarian assistance.
Classification of goods delivered as the humanitarian assistance is performed proceeding from the following features.
The goods intended for distribution to the needing persons, orphanages, nursing homes and so forth, presented in the form of packets weighing no more than 15 kilograms, total number 20, suffice goods consisting of 5 types classified by different goods items of the Combined commodity nomenclature approved by the Law No. 172 of July 25 2014, "Goods delivered as the humanitarian assistance" belong to commodity subsubline item 9903 00 000.
In case the humanitarian assistance represents one or several types of goods, and/or is delivered in significant amounts, they are classified according to the basic rules of interpretation of the called commodity nomenclature.
