About reorganization of the republican state state company "Seldenkorgau Kurylys" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize the Republican state state company "Seldenkorgau Kurylys" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Seldenkorgau Kurylys" of Committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) main object of activity of the company accomplishment of special engineering events of civil protection.

3. To committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311) the following amendment:
