For the purpose of regular supply of the population flour, bread and bakery products, and also growth of interest rate for bank loan more than by 3 times and non-compliance with fixed prices in retail trade by bread and the bakery products Government of the Republic of Moldova decides non-admissions of the violations connected with lack of current assets for payment of procurement grain, increase in debt of the companies for grain procurement to farms:

1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Department of trade, Moldkoop to continue procurement of grain in the state resources, attracting held for sale resources of kolkhozes, sovkhozes, intereconomic companies, farmer (country) farms, collective farmers and working sovkhozes to these purposes, and also to provide the corresponding conversion of the prepared objects of grain and rhythmical sale of flour through retail retail chain stores.
