According to appendix 9 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union and in connection with the introduction in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic since February, 2016 of 12 technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (CU), I order:
1. Approve the enclosed lists of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of the document on assessment (confirmation) of compliance to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (CU) (appendix 1-8).
2. To management of technical regulation and metrology, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to certification bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic when implementing the functional activities to be guided by these enclosed lists.
3. To inspection department and clerical works of management of organizational and technical and financial provision to bring this order to the attention of management of technical regulation and metrology, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, certification bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Abakirov E.

2) the equipment, held for use in engineering procedures on industrial enterprises, except for the gas-using equipment included in the List of the gas-using equipment concerning which requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the devices using gaseous fuel" are established;
3) the equipment using gas as motor fuel.
4. The technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the devices using gaseous fuel" (TR CU 016/2011) does not extend to the following types of the gas-using equipment:
