1. General provisions

Rules of the address are developed by drone aircrafts (further - Rules) according to article 38 of the Air code of the Republic of Tajikistan and regulate the relations of physical persons and legal entities on import, export, purchase and sale, registration and use pilotless air sudn, and also establish state policy in the field of control of the address by drone aircrafts.
