According to the paragraph to the second Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring timely access for patients to necessary medicines and medical products by implementation of public procurements with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement" and to Item 38 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the List of the medicines and medical products which are purchased based on agreements (agreements) on purchase with the specialized organizations which conduct procurement in the directions of use of budgetary funds in 2016 according to the budget program 2301400 "Providing medical actions of separate state programs and complex actions of program nature" which is applied.

2. The Ministry of Health can on condition of purchase of necessary amount of the medicines and medical products specified in the list taking into account amount of unused means on accounts by the specialized organizations which conduct procurement in the directions of use of budgetary funds in 2016, to increase quantity of commodity units within 100 percent of amount of requirement.

3. Requirements to complete picking of medical products are specified in information on technical, quality and quantity characteristics of subject of purchase (technical (technical) requirements). For the purposes of this resolution the term "medical product" is applied to any products (goods) specified in the list.
