About approval of Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 5 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic", the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 15, 2014 to No. 530 "About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic number of state bodies of the executive authority", and also for the purpose of ensuring the maximum uniformity with Standards and the Recommended practice of International Civil Aviation Organization (IKAO) I order:

1. Approve the Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic enclosed in official language:

Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic "APKR-2. Rules of flights";

Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic "APKR-5. The units of measurement which are subject to use in air and ground operations";

2. This order becomes effective after entry into force of the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic to accept this order to execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the acting as the secretary of state of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic E.Mamyrkaliyeva.
