For the purpose of ensuring carrying out transparent elections of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2015 with use of the "Model of the electoral process" approved by National council on sustainable development of the Kyrgyz Republic and also for the purpose of implementation of subchapter and the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for enhancement of the electoral system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 22, 2013 No. 109, according to Item 8 of part 3 of article 188 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 2.4 National sustainability strategies of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2013-2017 approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 21, 2013 No. 11,:
1. Determine that the customs clearance of the equipment and the materials intended for the Central commission on elections and holding the referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, specified in appendix is performed with exemption of charges for making of the actions connected with release of goods.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
